NHRA LUCAS OIL SERIES FIRES UP IN FONTANA
FONTANA, Calif. – The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series will be at Auto Club Dragway at Auto Club Speedway this weekend, May 19-21, as the NHRA Pacific Division will host its third of seven events in the 2017 racing season.
Racing categories include Comp Eliminator, Super Stock, Stock Eliminator, Super Comp, Super Gas and Super Street. The division’s Top Sportsman and Top Dragster Series will also be run in conjunction with the event. Tickets are $20 each day; children 12 and under are free. The schedule is as follows:
FRIDAY, May 19 – Single day ticket $20
Spectator & Pit Gates Open at 7 a.m.
Time Trials & Qualifying begin at 8 a.m.
SATURDAY, May 20 – Single day ticket $20
Spectator & Pit Gates Open at 7 a.m.
Sportsman qualifying and time trials begin at 8 a.m.
Top Dragster and Top Sportsman Round 1 at 3:00 p.m.
SUNDAY, May 21 – Single day ticket $20
Spectator & Pit Gates Open at 8 a.m.
Eliminations continue for all classes at 8:30 a.m.
