Dave Townsend debuted this beautiful Mustang at the beginning of the 2000 season (running in Supergas) and he is seen here launching hard into the late afternoon sun at the traditional end of season bracket race at Santa Pods Flame and Thunder show back in November 2000. 

The very low sun offered a great potential background with the spectators silhouetted, but would have thrown the exposure out so fill in flash was used to compensate for it.
