Here is a little picture I like. Two Texans dueling it out at Amarillo Texas. I am not sure of the driver of Vance Hunt’s car, probably J.L. Payne. Bobby Langley is in the Scorpion. What makes this special to me is the autographs on the picture. I got them September 7, 2001. I have heroes, too.

Vance Hunt gave the photo to me, but the photographer is unknown. How do you like where the people are standing? In those days, a guy could sure get close to the action.
