Gene Snow's Rambunctious Dodge Challenger by Jeff Teaford

As you can see, this is Gene Snow's 1970 Dodge funny car. The original "finished" piece was far more detailed and way too cluttered for my taste. So I combined a couple sponsor decal versions, killed most of that detail and dumped the nose some. Chalk it up to artistic license if you will. The style you're looking at is practice for a mural style I would love to try some day. Of course, if the future customer said, "Put the nose of that car back where it goes," I would be forced to consider it. 

The scan doesn't do this drawing much in the way of justice. Please be patient while I attempt to perfect funny car art. Hey... it could happen. As per the usual recipe, this car is drawn in colored pencil with a touch of paint and ink as required. Actual image size is in the 3 X 8 inch area on a white card stock.
