A rare site nowadays. The rear-engine funny car Lethal Injection driven by Mike Messner running NE2 at the Goodguys Fuel & Gas Finals. This '70 Duster is a Romeo Palamides creation. Mike didn't make the 8-car field. His 9.009 was 14th best out of 18 cars in the 8.60 index class. I think Mike was just getting the feel for the car.
