'Ghia Gets It!

This is my 1965 Karman Ghia VW full tube chassis and tubbed. This photo was taken 1998 at Gateway Raceway. The car ran low 8 seconds but was hard to handle. It was blown and injected then. I now have the car in Chicago and I have it running low nines with a small block on alcohol. I will be in the eight-second range for this season with a few upgrades. The photo was taken by Jerry Heuer of Granite City IL. The driver was Vince Heuer of Granite City, IL.
