In the late 1980s, Morris Johnson Jr.
came from nowhere it seems to become one of the best in NHRA racing at
the time. MoJo was one of the few racers to win an NHRA race in the late
1980s other than the Big Four of Bob
Glidden, Bruce Allen, Warren Johnson, and Butch Leal. He won at NHRA Montreal, beating Bob Glidden.
