Notes: Norm Ries ran a BB/D, 23-T roadster body on a Logghe dragster chassis. In 1968 Norm won Super Eliminator at the final NHRA WCS points meet in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, which gave him enough points to qualify for the NHRA World Finals in Tulsa. He then went on to win Super Eliminator at '68 World Finals in Tulsa. Blown 427 Chevy with a Turbo Hydro automatic. Held the class record at 8.33. |
