Notes: Dave qualified as a Top Fuel car at Spokane 91. (See duplicate entry in Top Fuel list). Lost in round one to Chris Karamesines, smoking the tires at half-track. Also, 6.155/229 at Calgary 91. B24 was a JP-1 with three-valve heads. Dave ran the altered at Calgary (see video). Chutes out on the run against to a 10.89 against Terry Capp in Korzan's Tempo, who filled in for a broken Louis Sweet. |

Notes: Real style Corvette, just longer. Dave sez: My first Funny Car was in '72 I think. It was patterned after Jim Dunn's car with a high gear 392. Home built (literally) and ran in the high country of New Mexico, Colorado, and West Texas. I believe the best was a 7.67/191 at Amarillo. |
