Notes: Famous for blowing the block out of the car at Tulsa PRA Race. The run was featured in the movie Funny Car Summer. Also ran 6.65 at Gateway. He attended the NHRA World finals at Amarillo. He qualified #16 for the Western team and #27 overall. Lost round one to Charles Durel, 7.05/195 to 7.17/194.80. That was Larry's only NHRA national event this year. |
