That's my problem with hauling BBQ from Dubuque for the Jerry Newman BBQ Challenge. It would be pretty gamey by the time we got around to eating it. If Greg can bring BBQ from KC you should be able to bring it down steam to Cordova, stay on the Iowa side till Clinton so that you don't have to cross...

I found a BBQ place in Dubuque Iowa that is close but Greg's is still the best.

Bring ten pounds to Cordova and we'll compare them for you...
