Great to have you here, Brian. I live in Stafford. Been with DragList since 2003 and it's home. You oughta start up a Super Crew Thread and make some posts, the 69 looks great! Lots of history there. Welcome aboard! WC1 I noticed you were fairly local to me. I went into the cafe forum and saw pics ...

Thanks Perry. Sometimes it's easy to lose focus and go over bore on what could be a simple project. My wife says I am famous for doing it. I guess I will scour the classifieds all over in search for a blower set up. I typically prefer new equipment, especially if moving parts are involved. And I wil...

Re: Wheel Spacers

I need to space my rear draglites out 1/2" for clearance issues and a wheels spacer would do it. Are wheel spacers legal? Rich Hey Rich, Here is an online link to the 2008 NHRA rulebook. Start on page 31 for general regulations. I breezed thru it and didn't find much about them. Main concern was pr...

Tunnel Ram Injected to Blown Alcohol Conversion

I am currently running the Enderle tunnel ram injected unit on top of my 540 BBC. I am planning to convert over to a blown alky set up so I am looking around for those that have "been there and done that" for any words of wisdom. Thus far, this is what I know I have to do. Drop my CR down from 14.5 ...

Welcome Brian! 8) The transformation of the '69 sounds very similar to the path that my Blue Oval version took over the course of its racing career; stock frame to eventual full round tube beast that it is today. Unfortunately (for me) your best is a full second and a bit of change($) quicker than ...

Mine is the third run and the last run. A little 1/8th miler 18 minutes from my house. I practice changes in the 1/8th, I enjoy the 1/4. The 69 can stretch his legs out.

Great Place you Got Here

Hello, or should I say HOWDY! My name is Brian and I am located in the upper gulf coast of Texas (just west of Galveston) in a town named Lake Jackson. I have been drag racing ever since my dad put me in the driver's seat of his 1969 Z/28 Camaro, at the age of 14, just prior to when boys begin think...
