Morning group. 44/51 today with sunshine till shortly after noon then rain coming in. Sharon and I took the dog for a walk last night and did about two miles and I think I'm gonna die!!!!!!!!!! Too much exercise can kill a guy.

Hello, everyone! Had a nice slow day today. Did some major exercise today with weights and treadmill work. Still up a few pounds from Christmas but will work 'em off. Had nice phone calls with Jason and enjoying our last few days with Emily. She will head back on Monday morning. bp

Good afternoon! Enjoyed a nice brunch at the Elkridge Furnace Inn (reminds me of that place on the river in Cordova, guys -- right down to the staircase...) Emily requested it... last time we were there was a year ago and we really enjoy it. Dropped Em off downtown at the Capitol to meet up with some out of town friends who are visiting. Denise and I just enjoying the warm house. I go back to work for two days, but then I'm taking off Wednesday through Friday again. Slacker! Happy New Year, everyone! bp

A late Merry Christmas and a early Happy New Years to everyone!! Just in case I do something stupid like i did the other day!! Long story short, I "refreshed" my laptop the other day. I know you PC wizards knows what that does!! Oh no, not me though!! Now I do! Lost all my saved emails from my present and future customers, saved passwords, you know, real important stuff!!! Took my laptop right back to what it was when bought it!! Anyway, cable co helped me get my contacts back but that was it!! So if any of you know, by chance, if somewhere in my Laptop is a hidden file that would be storing my email stuff please help!
