Morning group. 89 and humid today with plenty of sunshine. We are going for breakfast then do some weeding in the flower garden before the heat sets in. No plans after that so we will see what takes place.

Hello, everyone! The last few days have been a whirlwind! Had a fun birthday. Busy, busy, busy at work but I love it. MIR was fun last weekend. This weekend I have to do day work but I asked for it when I took this position. All the best to everyone! bp

Afternoon. After Church we did a bit of shopping & then headed to Jenni & J.D.'s to house sit their dog. They took the grandkids to Shed Aquarium, which was a logistical trick, as their's a Bears games going on today too, making parking spots hard to find. They ended up parking in a remote parking lot and taking the bus into the city.

Hi everyone. Took Em back to the airport this morning. She's back in Chi-town now. Had fun while she was here! Worked most of the day but got some rest, too. Have a great week! bp

Good morning. The temps are going to be 90+ today and may set records for this day in history. Man, it is hot but I will take it over the cold that is coming. Sharon and I did some garden work and watering on Saturday but the heat drove us inside before the day was over then on Sunday we attended a birthday party for our little blonde girl that calls Sharon grandma Saran. That little girl has a grandpa that reminds me of a cross between a Kodiak bear and an Amish man. Big and burly with a handshake that will bring you to your knees. The rest of the day was spent relaxing in the AC so we just chilled.

Mornin. I'll be pluggin' away on light duty stuff today, no lifting. Tonight Cheryl will run me out to the Electric Co. just south of us to measure 4 flat bed trailers that need the company logo applied. I have 24 coroplast signs to get done for the truck parking place. Light signs so I can do those. Might have to have somebody else put the grommets in though as the grommet machine takes a good tug to push the grommet through the coroplast & crimp on the back side.
Going to be another hot one. Got a handyman coming to fix the dryer. Hope he can work on the A/C also, as it's pretty much worthless. And it's only 2 years old.
