yep pretty neat deal Perry... i really don't follow baseball anymore like i did in 68  now that i am twice as old and about 2 zeros off the payscale pace for a rookie utility player.... heck the batboys and batgirls pprobably earn more than me in a season  But I WILL WATCH THE GAMES ON FREE TV.. HOPE IT GOES 7 GAMES
GOOD TO GO !!

Makes me nervous, but it is great, looks like it could go seven, but not if Detroit don't get the bats going, hoping to see Kenny pitch game six........Perry Jr.

Both teams played great last night, both pitchers did good, especially the Cards' pitcher...it looked to me like the Cards capitalized on Tiger miscues more than they actually "outplayed" them...but the score...0 for the Tigers...gotta get those bats connectin' with the pill, guys. These teams are surprisingly evenly-matched, with the Tigers being the overwhelming favorite but the Cardinals apparently are thriving on the adversity. It is a great, hard-fought series...much better than last year's sweep of the Astros by a superior White Sox team...if it was to be anybody that beat us in the only World Series we ever got to, I'm glad it was them...my 2 cents so far...Cheers, WC1
