The Mrs. was telling me that she had mentioned to some of my friends that she didn't know what to get me for Christmas and they told her that I still needed a Ford nine inch rear end.
She told them that Menards didn't have gift card for rear ends. I quickly said that Strange Engineering did.
She then got a real weird look on her face. I'm not sure if that was a good thing or not.

We'll see what happens tomorrow morning!! :D

:o all kidding aside i guess the deal went ok..... first time i have had the gig here in the one-man house since the early 90's when my sister was living here.. we had all agreed not to go hog wild on the gifts ($$$$$) but exchanged wrapped stuff from our childhoods that were found in boxes that haven't been seen for decades  example : hand prints made in plaster made on paper plates painted gold with the date on the back from 1967 .. since i am the oldest my hand allmost fit  .. more stuff like that.... also saw my 16 year old nephew drive up in a car that my dad gave him ... had to yell at him as he parked the wrong way in front of the house  food was good, nobody aggravated shopcat enough to get scratched, nothing was broken, and there were no arguments and the joint didn't catch on fire.... good to go
