Help Sell Some Parts

I know this doesn't belong here in "What's Up" but I am hoping some of you can help me.

Due to business being a little slow this year, screwed up disks in my neck and a sinus infection, my piggy bank is a little empty at the moment. I really need to sell some parts I have listed here.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
I would also be willing to offer a commission if you help me sell some parts for me.
