Don, welcome to the board. Really an honor to have you join us. No doubt our intrepid research editor Danny White will be after you for details on some of your early fuel cars. (or... we can set up a Ron Ross Racing section on our Team section and you can tell us all about them there!) Howdy, Don...it's great to have you with us! The Scorpions and Bobby Langley were absolutely heroic in Texas. I got to see Langley match race against Vance Hunt and later Big Daddy down here in Southeast Texas back in the early and mid-sixties. The picture you have as your avatar took me back to those days! Welcome aboard. Keep the stories coming. I lived down your way, 1st in Frisco and then Lake Dallas for about 10 years. Enjoyed the drag racing at Kennedale, the Denton dragway, and of course the Motorplex near Waco. Never made it to Yellow Belly though. Heard alot of stories from there, mostly bad. Mike
At my age getting lucky means finding my car in the parking lot!
