Bernstien did not come into johns lane at all........
force had a clutch explosion or something and his car
broke in half
and the unmanned front half of johns car went into
Bernstiens lane and collected Bernstien up.

it almost looks as if a the left side tire let go and broke the chassis right after that. it looks like the tire is still partially in together later in the video tho. Maybe another one that didn't come completely apart (like erics)???either way..with all the problems good years been having i think they should start lookin at other company's. they already got hoosier and m/t in pro stock...why cant the fuel guys try their hand with other tires? jus my 2 cents

It looks to me like that cone came across, along with something else, then the back of Force's body, along with the spoiler came off.
I'm guessing that that is what caused the car to make such a sudden turn.
It looks like the impact with KB and then the wall, is when the chassis broke.
It looks to me like the steering and the side x members in the leg box are still attached to the front of the chassis.

I sure hope he comes out of this ok.

Doesn't it look like John stays in his lane and the front of his car along with the body comes across to hit KB's car? Something pretty bad had to happen to cut the chassis in half.

I think you're right, pro. Right after the the impact with KB you can see the frame rails dragging the ground.

yea the drivers cockpit/rear end stays in johns own lane tumbles face down, and i assume is when force's legs got injured

John never left his lane. Only the front end of the chassis and body hit Kenny. I'm thinking tire or clutch. Have to wait for a report on it.

I would lean toward clutch. The chassis was cut in 2 about where the clutch would be. I'm sure they will get it figured out when they investigate the crash.
John's car looks to just explode. Something major had to let go at that instant.
John won the race, so I'm (Only guessing) that cone that KB caught with his rear tire(according to KB's report) went behind John's car, so I assume that would be a non-factor?
I just hope he comes out of this O.K. like Rocky said.
