I know what you're saying...my beef with the TV coverage of qualifying was that they'd run the whole field live...in Pro Stock and Pro Stock Bike...and none of the unqualified cars would make the jump into the field and I sat through a whole lot of mediocrity before the 16 qualifiers'd run, and none of them moved up. In other words, probably 80% of the time or better, the fields are set by the end of Friday night with a couple of cars being able to move in and bump out another car that might be a couple of spots ahead of them. Sometimes a guy'd make a quantum leap into the top half or higher, but usually it's wait out the slower cars and not see the quicker ones run as good as they did in the edited Friday night session...it is also frustrating to see so many of the fuel cars smoke the tires or blow the engine and make a dull TV show...I started this post out in the past tense because I don't have cable TV this year. I do have internet and I check the results in a timely fashion, but even reading about all the tire-smoking is boring. I listen to the audiocast whenever I can online. I'd still watch it all on TV if I had access to it, though...Thank God Cory Mac is OK...Cheers, WC1
