I know it's for safety, but I liked it when it was wide open and Ed O'Brien wasn't afraid to mow the grass...

I doubt the walls wuld have been installed this year except for the fact NHRA told them they couldnt have the alky classes at the divisional without them. It definitly isnt the same old cordova it used to be.

Me too.

I always thought that the armcos were OK until I saw that Outlaw Street Car go over the wall and just about go into the crowd.

I will feel safer with the new walls...

Thank you Scott Gardner!

I'm with RickO. I'm against track side walls. Put the walls where they are needed, before the spectators or a return road. I too have seen many cars leave the racing surface with no damage to the car and no harm to the driver.

Don't get me wrong - walls are needed - just not track side. Give the drivers room to gather it in without a crash. Call me old school, but imo it's safer without.
