Hello fellow drag racers,

I just joined the group, looks like a great place with really good people.
If I can be of any help to anyone with Drag Race Formulas (Math) questions, I would be happy to help.

Hi Mitch. Welcome aboard. I have a deep love of drag racing math. It was one of the major things that got me involved in the sport. I did a lot of empirical formulas when I should have been paying attention in class! Looking forward to your contributions. You might run us through a formula or two as a post... Welcome, again. bp

Welcome Mitch, I'm working on a new book myself, nitro for better mileage. You nail it for a quarter mile, then coast for three miles. So far it's still not as good as gas. Nine gallons to a quarter mile then coast three. Hmmm. Three and a quarter miles to nine gallons. :D
If you think it's exciting now, wait till we start it.
