Ink for the "Rapid One"

Got a copy of Drag Illustrated in the mail today. There's a 3 page write-up about the Nevada Rattler. Nice story about their operation, including a mention of the match race @ Cordova last year between the Rattler & Nitro Madness. The article says they are lookin' for cars/drivers stories. LQQKs like the perfect spot for (Somebody) to write/submit a "Rapid Randy Baker" story.
BTW: Good Max Naylor story in there too.

That race got written up in DRAG RACER magazine and it had a great picture of the Rapid1 blasting off the line at Cordova...the whole race was covered, but Rapid got a big share of the text...funny thing is, you can't hardly find that dadgum magazine anywhere on a newsstand, so I mailed that copy that I had from my subscription to him. I agree, Nitro Madness is a first-class operation and it should get some press. Good call on putting a bug out there on it, ProZ. We all know the guy and he's a terrific man with a great hot rod and a passion for the sport that is unbridled. I'd like to see him get the recognition he deserves for his efforts in this field. We're lucky to have Rapid here with us, man...heck, I'm not sure how those articles are done, but if I had a text template, you know, a story on him, and some pictures, etc...we could send one in and the ink would flow.
