Having been in the electrical trade since 1980 I learned a lot by watching other contractors do there thing, plus a little common sense goes a long way.
I grew up on a small farm well it really wasn't a farm about 12 acres. Mom had her garden we also had a couple of horses, chickens etc!!
I have no choice but how to learn how to do thing's myself!!!! I can't afford to pay anyone to do things, plus having friends in other trades helps if I need advice.

If someone is being a pest at work, race track etc! acting like they know more than what they do, being cocky etc!! try this one.

It is being a little bit of a smart ass, but it puts some in there place. I have had more than a few people get mad and say whats that's supposed to mean. I just hold up my arms like I am asking "what" do you need me to explain it to you.
