My Dog Buddy

Postby Bob Kraemer » Wed Jun 10, 2009 10:46 pm

Well, were ever dogs go when they die, my dog Buddy is with them now.
I finally had to do what I have been fighting not to do.
Sunday he started to develop a cough and he was acting like he couldn't catch his breath at times & breathing kinda of fast.
So tonight, I had to bury my dog Buddy.
I am sure going to miss him. :( :( :( :(

Aw, jeez. Bob, I'm sorry. But you did the right thing for him and he knew it. That doesn't make your part any easier, but at least you know his suffering is over now. God Bless, my friend. WC1

OMG Bob im so sorry to hear that..I lost my best friend Sat..Thunder he was only 8 and died from complications from surgery..a heart felt sorry and condolences go to you and your family..Thunder was a son to me as the wife and i never had children..maybe Buddy and Thunder are playin waiting at Rainbow Bridge for us!

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water, sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they each miss someone very special, someone who was left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly, he breaks from the group flying over the green grass, faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together.................

Bob,
We feel your loss. Pets are so much more than just an animal, they are our comfort, our friend, and our personal therapists.

RIP Buddy.

I know he had a great life and lot's of love.
He was a lucky dog for sure.
