today's my birthday, and as always it was horrible, the wifes van is acting up, had babysitting problems today, had to fight everything at work tooth and nail, and my grandma died ( r.i.p. pearly mae kaler ), and one of my 2 best friends is in intensive care maybe needing a kidney transplant. i haven't had a decent birthday in many years. i think tonight i'll take my daughters to the stock car races as the youngest one really wants to go, happy june 2nd
the police never think it's as funny as i do

Sorry to hear about your loss.
Like Novel T said Hugs are always good they help melt away the pain.
God didn't promise days without pain, Laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
Disappointments are like road bumps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don't stay on the humps to long. Move on!
When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because God is thinking of something better to give you.
When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.
