Howdy, Shotgun! Great to have you with us. There were a couple of funny cars that come to mind. Billy Meyer's Motivation Mustang was from Texas and fits that bill as does of course the Blue Max. Also, the Buccaneer car may be the one. Of course, there were quite a few others. How about sending us a photo or two? And... welcome! bp

Gang ,,First of all a Large THANK YOU for accepting an antique an busted up ol airman ,, I am proud to have served and helped make sure we can all go racing when we want to.. The Mustang Funny I found has a K____ Kar Kare decal on front fenders and was a blower car at least at the end of its carreer ,,I am making a trip back past it next week and have been informed by the owners son he still has 2 other complete cars at his farm,,,Sounds like I need to take a video camera with me.. Since I am no longer a workable member of society( Govt outlook towards us) I will try to get all I can on the cars and ASK for ya"ll to help me find who they were. You guys are the greatest people anyone could know,,You have restored my faith in the way we used to race,,Friends always until the tree lites up then we fight for 6 seconds and then we friends again,,LOL Thank you to all Don "Shotgun" Hancock QMT4878@aol.com NHRA DIV 4

Hi guys,

I am a kid of the seventies that spent most of his childhood at the track. Dad raced Modified Production in the seventies and early eighties. This long but not forgotten class is my drag racing passion. I am hoping to somehow bring those memories back to life on this site hoping others will join in.

Thanks,

Nick Winblad
