You gotta press 1 for english 'cause a lot of those call centers are in foreign countries where the employees make 50 cents an week and all the CEO's have their own island in the south seas. The only thing that ticks me off more is having a telemarketer phone you and NOT BE ABLE TO PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME!!

Telemarketers I ask who they would like to speak to then tell them that I will get that person. Lay the phone down and go watch television for about ten minutes and they always hang up before I find that person. They must be impaient????????????

I agree, but it seems to be the way of the land lately, it's depressing. On the phone I can't understand some people, and in person I still can't, and all I wanted was a cup of coffee, sheesh!
