How to Post Photos on the Forum

If you want to post photos on the Draglist message board, here is your solution!

It's called Glowphoto and if you have the picture on your PC, you can put your picture on the web... go for it!

http://www.glowfoto.com/

I just used GlowPhoto to put this picture up. All you have to do is browse your hard drive, select the picture, add an optional caption, and add an optional email address and it generates the code for you to put into your message board post... As an added bonus, it makes the picture clickable, and it shows you the full size pic when you click it. bp

How do we put pictures and car info on random rods? Or do we have to submit them to you first?
Thanks BP

Hi Bob! Random Rods is nothing more than the actual draglist.com list entries... so you need to go to http://www.digitalwebzone.com/draglist/search.php and find the car that you want to add the photo to. Then click the EDIT BOX at the left side of the screen for that entry. When it comes up, scroll down to the middle of the page and do a standard Windows 'browse' to find the pic on your computer. Then add your name, and if you want, add your email and/or web page. Then come to the bottom, add your name and email address as the last editor, and click ACCEPT. I'll get the entry for review and once I accept it, it's live! Hope you have a ton of pics of cars we don't have photos for!!!

PS -- if the car is not on the lists yet (and I mean the SPECIFIC YEAR that the car ran), then ADD the car to draglist.com using the following form, and include the photo with it in the same way as the EDIT...

OK - that may be good for the one or two photos - but what about 80 or 100, not sure how many I have of the '72 race.

What size, pixels or inches, is allowed or best for this forum?

Tell me everything I need to know so I don't have to keep asking questions. I have been trying to get these posted for some months now and would like to just "git 'er done".

Karl, what you need is a personal login on our dragphoto.com site. Pete Gemar recently uploaded several pix from the Fuel Altered event at Tucson and it worked great. Let's git er done! BP
