I had a great conversation with Lippy last night. He wanted me to say "hi" to everyone.

He has been busy trying to keep things together for his partner, Larry. Larry had a biopsy done last month and it has turned out to be lung cancer. He is currently going through radiation and chemical treatments at their local hospital. Larry's daughter is a nurse and keeps an eye on him every evening and Lippy is doing all he can.

Please say an extra prayer for Larry and keep Lippy in your thoughts too. Thanks

I had the good fortune to meet and hang out with Larry, Steve and Leon at the DLNs1 in 2006. Larry is truly one of the best guys you'd ever want to meet. He kept me laughing and smiling the whole time, fed me and kept a cold drink in my hand all day, and he and the Lippoldt brothers welcomed me as family. My prayers and positive thoughts go to Larry and to Lippy who is like a brother to him. God bless them all. Thanks for the info, Barb. WC1

The Bandito was all over the Kansas Twister all weekend...I remember meeting his feet, protruding from under the engine section...that was a great time, my friend. Great time. WC1

I'll certainly be keeping Larry in my prayers.
