2010 Draglist Nats Photos -- FINALLY!

Today I spent the entire day watching John Wayne movies on AMC and uploading, tagging, and publishing vacation photos on Facebook and Smugmug!

This included finally uploading the CDs sent to me by Chet Bain and Iowa Al Booton (which also included great shots by Susan Wylie).

I got everything captioned except Al and Susan's photos... will get on that as soon as i can. But they are here for your viewing enjoyment!

Great photos, BP! Looks like a fun time was had by all...wish I could have been there for Rapid and Vic's runs and to meet and hang out with folks. Hopefully next time! WC1

For anybody perusing these colorful photographs, it's extremely plain to see that the 2010 Draglist Nationals was a bang-up event-- And it further proves the theory that "independent" events such as this one are fast becoming popular with so many racers and hardcore fans... The variety of different race machinery is also quite apparent from the posted photographs, it's definitely a plus that a wide variety of race cars were in attendance on the grounds-- Folks really do appreciate seeing a variety of cars when spending their hard-earned bucks at the drag strip... It's also clearly apparent from viewing the photographs that there was a real sense of pleasant comradery among the people there-- This is obviously a "friendly" group of racers and fans who genuinely enjoy each other's company-- But hey, I guess that's the Draglist approach to racing (and life) in general, it's certainly a breath of fresh air to see folks from the drag internet getting along with such warmth and compassion for each other... Thanks to all for taking the photographs and for making them available for our viewing pleasure... Great stuff... "The Doc" (Celebrity Drag Racing Authority & Visionary)...
