Yes, there's no denying that campaigning a competitive N/FC in this day and age isn't anywhere near cheap, it can get d*rn right expensive to do this stuff-- But if you're fortunate enough to assemble a good team that has knowledge and experience on its side, that usually results in saving you some money, 'cause you're less likely to make the kind of "silly mistakes" that many less experienced teams usually do, the kind of mistakes that lead to wa$teful parts breakage and money pains, etc... It's no secret that I've been madly in love with the N/FC scene since way back in the mid-late 80's, back when nice fellows like Sano, Rossetty, Sgro, and Smith were just getting their feet wet here in the northeast region of the nation... The N/FC genre has really taken off, and it's finally being taken seriously by the cynical skeptics who used to just "laugh it off" as being simply just the proverbial "flash in the pan"-- Many of the snobby skeptics who used to put this scene down have now been forced to eat crow... Best of luck with the project-- I sincerely believe the current climate in the world of Drag Racing is beneficial for N/FC racing-- Have more good luck than bad and y'all should be in for some groovy times ahead... Enjoy it!... And h*ck, I love Iowa... "The Doc" (Celebrity Drag Racing Authority & Visionary)...

Rock, I will call you when I get the car back to Ankeny for the paint work. If you play your cards right I might even consent to let Norm take us to lunch. :D

There looks like there will be a big group of cars trying for the race fields in the Midwest this year. Norm told me the other day, "Put it away oily if we have to. Lets run with these guys!" :D

Now all we gotta do is name it and build the car.
