Couple projects

Postby pro70z28 » Tue Feb 15, 2011 11:58 pm

Ethan has become a Bumble Bee fan. He likes the cutouts I printed & mounted on coroplast.

Also got the free 3.0 upgrade of the CNC 3-d software and tried it out. It's a gift from one customer to another. Company Log. I have to do a desk plaque yet.
This was cut out of 3/4'' oak with a .125'' bit.

Pro Z, OUTSTANDING work!! Question: how big around is that disk with the flames?? Is it large like something you would hang on the wall? – Or is it small like something you could make a necklace out of??

I have this " friend" that just loves flamed things . Especially unique, one-of-a-kind type items. I'm thinking "he"- may very well be interested in purchasing a wall sized plaque, or a small necklace sized disc. (Hmmm, he has this very Unique, avatar that was custom-made byWC1). That is of course, IF you would even be interested in doing something like this. I know you're in the sign business – and not the jewelry business – so if this is not something you would be interested it, I understand, and I will tell " my friend".

Zap, to give you an idea the squares on the table are 1". the circle is about 12" the desk plaque is a little over 7" wide.
I might give it a try when I have some free time just to see if will work.

Ok the circle is much larger than I thought. Maybe it can't be done small . I know nothing about this stuff. But that disc, WOW, I love it.
I was thinkin just put a "Z" in place of the "S" and leave the flames (they're great) - maybe out of cherry wood.....

IF this is even possible, and
IF you would even concider doing this ,and
IF I could even afford this...???

PM me a cost and we'll talk.
Like I said I know nothing of this, I may be asking for the moon and not know it. If I'm asking for a gold platted snow shovel.....please just disregard, thanks.
