Good morning everyone. Sharon and I went to breakfast on Friday and there is
an old gentleman who served in WWII who always eats breakfast at this diner.
Sharon went over to him and told him how much she appreciated his serving our
country and gave him a big hug and it brought a tear to his eye. She did that
for another guy at supper too. Isn't it nice to know that you can touch someone
with a few words of thanks from the heart? Wheelz here. :D

Cool gesture Sharon. Nice day today sunny & mild tad windy though.
I planned to make major strides today getting the scaffolding finished so I could move on to other projects. But, yesterday somebody attempted to drive a 9'2'' bus under the 9' carport at church, so instead of working on the scaffolding we ended up using it. They shouldn't feel bad, it's not the first time it's been tagged, so I thought instead of trying to stop people from driving a bus under the carport, why not just raise the opening & eliminate the target? It will be nicer being able to pull larger vehicles under the carport during bad weather Ann E. Way. When it was built they figured only cars & vans would use the carport, but things change. Now's the time to do it since a lot of the demolition was already done for us. :?: Still have another day to get it finished. Then next spring we'll do the other side. Who knows, maybe by then somebody will do the demolition for us on that side too. :o :o :o :rollinglaugh: :rollinglaugh:

Thanks, Wheelz... I was amped up from a 2.5 hour 'reality NASCAR' drive back to Maryland, so I had the energy to stay up and do them... it's my intention to catch up on similar captions for the other photo spreads we've done this year... bp
