Morning. 73 with rain on the agenda for today. I need to call the LED sign guy, my mechanic and a few other people before I forget then concentrate on the duties at hand. I have some things to do outside so I best get moving.

Today is shaping up to be another looser day. The meds the doc has me on are not doing the trick.May have to make another visit if it doen't straighten out. Pain can be a pain ops

77 degrees with fog and no rain. Yes!!!!!!!!!! I have to do some weeding to finish off the jungle behind the garage, grocery shopping, over to see the ex ??? and clean the interior of the truck and the Mercruiser. I washed the S-10 and the Honda yesterday but I need to put the mat back into the S-10 as I had to remove it to wash out the bed from all the landscaping debris.

Another day of nothing going on. I have a Doc appt. at 2pm, hope to get things on the right track after that.
I have two small signs to letter today, (road Const that have to be done today), that's normally about a 15 minute job. We'll see how quick I can knock 'em out.
Got 'em done in a half hour. Not too bad on a soft tune-up.

Cheryl's leaving work to take me to a 3pm appointment at a chiropractor. Some encouraging news I just had a customer stop by to check on a job in progress, and he says he has chronic sciatic and the chiropractor does wonders for him. Sure hope so. I also bought an inversion table, another option doc recommends. It came just a few minutes ago. I texted Jeff and he said he get off work at 3 and will have it up& running by the time we get home. I sure hop at least one pf these things works.

Just got back from therapy. Got a massage & a 30 minute or so electrotherapy. That just about put me to sleep, felt goota' I go back again tomorrow @4 and possibly Friday too. Jeff put the inversion table together while we were gone, but the therapist said I need to wait for the inflammation to go down before I use it, and then just a little at a time to start. Doctor Cheryl says I have to lay down now so see you later.
