Going to try to make myself a diet pumpkin pie... wish me luck!
thats 2 words that do not go together , Diet and pumpkin pie ...

pumpkin pie has no calories , look up the recipe you will see there is no calories in it , all spice ,clove Pumpkin puree , but no calories ... . and I doubt you could find a container of calories in the cupboard either ...

Happy Thanksgiving! It's in the oven now and smelling great! I confess to tasting the pre-cooked filling and it was awesome. Let's see how it works out after an hour in the oven! bp

Jeff has to work tomorrow, so Friday will be our Thanksgiving, heading over to Jenni & JD's to play with the grandkids. Tomorrow will be Cheryl & I so we will probably do steaks N' taters. Tomorrow I may work on Christmas decorations some, maybe get the spare bedroom ready for our old bed. Ordered the new one today, so the first bulb is lit on the tree to get organized.

Sounds like a great day! We have Jason off tomorrow -- only one of three holidays they get off (Christmas and Easter are the others). I hope everyone has a wonderful day! bp

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Boyd we are thankful for having you and misses bling in our lives and may we all say a prayer for our Northern friends today as we celebrate the things we are thankful for. 42 today with forecast of lots of food and possible upset stomach in the evening followed by horrendous snoring in the wee hours of the following morning. Eating left handed is kinda like using metric sockets on a standard size bolt, hit and miss but no scraped knuckles. Have a good one. :D :D :D

Mornin'. You can be thankfull you don't have to eat with chop sticks Jack.
We're having Thanksgiving with the kids/grandkids tomorrow and our own Thanksgiving on Sunday afternoon, so today is a do what you want day.
I 'hink I'll go out and do some Christmas decorating, because it's 42.3°f and climbing with clear skies. Didn't do much decorating last year, so I may have to do some hunting to find the decorations. :|

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Hope your day gets better, Boyd!

And Jack, you'll have to eat twice as much to make up for being left-handed! bp
