Howdy, everyone. Full day yesterday that included back to back meetings all day but one fun bit -- I got to 'star' in a video promo of a new tool we are building to streamline the IT acquisition documentation process. I thought I was only going to do the voice over but it was all on camera. Should send folks running for the hills... :) But some of my younger, cuter colleagues are also going to be in it (using the tool) so that should keep folks interested.

Just dropped Denise off at school and on my way to Annapolis for my monthly hookup to the magic machine. At least it's only once a month these days. Doing and feeling great.

Outdoor decorations and more tree removal and yard cleanup by my new favorite work crew this weekend.

Happy Friday! bp

Hope it drys up soon, Boyd!

John mentioned it in his racer of the week section, but I'll put it up here, too.

Phil Burgess wrote a generous article about draglist and published it today. Here is the link:

Taking EVERYTHING out of the bedroom today so we can shampoo the carpet & paint the walls. Frame is coming tomorrow afternoon and the whole family is coming over to put the stuff back. The power bases (2 XL Twins) are 190 Lbs. each, hence the need for the younger guys to assist.
Should be a tylenol night tonight. Probably tomorrow too.

Sounds like a lot of work going on this weekend! Guys are here to remove the second tree and to finish cleanup from last week. Going to see if I can get them to remove the old wooden fence on one side... they need to remove a section to get to the tree and we might as well take the entire thing down. Got a chain link behind it... bp
