Good report Boyd. Things are look'in up.
Up to 86 today and rain is to come later in the day. I am tired of messing with the back brakes on the truck and am going to go buy new drums and shoes today. Hopefully they will be on the truck by noon and I can finally trust it to take it out without the left rear locking up. Trailer project is not complete but as soon as he gets the brake shoes we are back on schedule to complete it. Have to get my truck done before the heat sets in this afternoon.

Mornin'. They're setting forms for the house foundation across the street this morning, but the skies are getting darker by the minute. They may have to take a break pretty soon.

Thanks ZAP. I used similar harnesses before but they get heavy hanging from my side & bouncing around, especially after a days worth of walking around. I use a Black Rapid Strap (No relation to our very own Rapid). It hangs off the opposite shoulder so the weight is distributed a little better. I can carry the camera & big lens all day with little problems, even for an old guy like me.

Thought I might have a full Saturday to work on the house outside today. nope, Got rain & a call to letter a 220DW JD excavator.
Looks like the Yellow blob may move off to the east by noon though & I'll have the excavator done by then. 1/2 day is better than no day.
