What a shame for all of those involved. :(

Up to 67 today and large amounts of sunshine. I am going to the Healthplex this afternoon for shoulder therapy then out for Mother's day dinner with Sharon's mom tonight. :D

Gary you need a secretary, a scheduler, another body and you might be okay?????
:D
It's been a crazy week, so I guess the Friday schedule is appropriate.
Turns out the water truck that was supposed to be available Friday afternoon is now scheduled to go out Friday noon. No big deal, I'll just do the water truck in the morning & push the triple axle to this afternoon. Got an email yesterday afternoon, the water truck has a problem and has to go back to the dealer, so cancel 'til next week. O.K., I have other jobs I can fill in the time with.
Got up this morning to an email saying the water truck is back & can I still letter it? I said I could do it this afternoon since I already changed the triple axle time.
So, after all is said & done, we're back to the original schedule.

Happy Friday all.

Crazy schedule, Gary. Sorry to hear about the town in Alberta. I'm working from home today and getting stuff done but all electronically and on the phone! Drag Racing event at Sumerduck is canceled for tomorrow due to ongoing rain. Only 52 here today so the nice weather is still being pushed off until the (hopefully) near future. bp

Finished. Today I thought, I bet Daryl could make a golf cart size version of this Western Star low boy.

The water truck that was, then wasn't then was, wasn't & was again. 2 down & either 4 or 6 to go depending on who you talk to.

I was asked today if I'd be willing to letter a stock car. it's the Darrell Waltrip 1978 Gatorade Monte Carlo. In the process of being restored at the moment. I've been aware of this car for a few years, but it looks like they're going ahead with it now. I'll be doling the graphics in vinyl not paint. Should be fun.

Boyd & Susan , so glad yer ok. That fire is SO HUGE, that our weather man said that by Monday it could affect our weather here 1500 mi away.

Pro congrats on getting the stock car gig, (could lead to others). I know I said it before but, I really love that eagle over the flag you did on the red
truck hood.

I'll catch some Z's tomorrow Jack.

Just got back from lettering winder' at a restaurant. Now I have to cut a couple pairs of those curved thingies on the bottom of a rocking chair. Then Some bass corner trim pieces for a guys fishin' cabinet.
I 'hink I'll plant Ethan's oak tree today before it outgrows the bucket it's in.
Might mow the lawn if the rain stops long enough.
Then get stuff lined up for next weeks fun.

67.5°f now, but it's 'spoze to drop as the day goes by.

Oh, & today is Red Carpet Corridor Day. People can drive Rt 66 & make stops along the way. The restaurant I lettered this morning is one of the stops. As I was finishing up they were starting to filter in. New cars, old cars, street rods, street machines, you can see a little bit of everything.

Beautiful work, Gary! Sounds like Jack was busy too!

They canceled the Sumerduck nostalgia event today. So of course it is sunny and 60! BP
