15th Annual DRAGLIST Nationals Sometime in 2020. Somewhere in the USA.
Morning. Those guys can shoot some pictures. Temps only reaching 77 today so it looks
to be a good one. bp has your pile of projects slowed its pace any?
Good morning! They sure can take some great shots. I hope for many, many photos from our big shindig!
No, no rest for the wicked! I will be packed hosting presentations all around the city right up until we have the draglist nats (and then a few the week after). My goal was to meet with every agency personally by the end of September and I'll make it.
Got contractors at the house today finishing up the new bathrooms. Great guys who are doing a super job.
Denise and I are going to tackle other areas of the house while they are here. I also need to get those phone calls made and bios written for the MIR Legends inductees.
Got a quote in with the T shirt lady... trying to see if we can get a batch done in time from Gary's awesome design.
It is so detailed and colorful that it will have to be an iron on, but I think we can deal with that!
Morning. 76 and rain today so I am glad we did all of our outside work yesterday. Pulled weeds, picked
tomatoes then distributed some to the neighbors and put out about 50 flags from our next door neighbor
who is a Vietnam Vet. Have a good one folkz.
Good evening! Got more work done on the bathrooms today. Guys will wrap them up mid week. Cleaned the pool as it was getting a little green. Restocked my scotch supply last night for those who care to take a nip with me. Starting to put stuff together for the big weekend. Had a long video chat with Jason today. He is thinking about staying in Japan for another year instead of taking the October orders to San Diego. We hope he changes his mind, but he has to make the best decision for himself. Man, we miss our boy (man). Two weeks from now, we all will be on our way back after the DLNs. Amazing... can't wait to see you all. bp
Sharon's two boys went directly from high school to the Navy with both of them stationed
in San Diego and they stayed out there. San Diego has the most beautiful weather if you
can afford the high standard of living and the other stuff out there. Glad to hear he is
doing well. They sure grow up fast don't they?
