Hope all goes well today BP. 26.1°f. I'm counting on the temp gauge getting up to the predicted 39°f as I have truck parking signs to install today. Then a batch of road const. signs. Then if there's time before we go to JD's birthday party, I hope to lay out the top row of tile for the south wall. It's the "tricky row" because it butts up against the vaulted ceiling. Hope it all matches up o.k.

Thank you, Gary! Well the snow was a bust. Nothing but wet and it's not even raining now. That's fine. Didn't need the extra drama on my drive!

Have a great day, everyone! bp

Saturday am 29.8°f and cloudy. But there's neither here nor there, as the plan is to stay inside all day slingin' mud. Hope to make some noticable headway today. But first, I 'hink I'll sip on this coffee in preparation.

Don't get any mud in your coffee. 27/44 for the day. Sharon did some cleaning and I did too this morning. We are getting ready to attend a surprise birthday party for a member of the church which will be about 12:30 as he is turning 60 today. Youngin' for sure!! I have been filtering through the modem and WiFi router I want to buy and found an interesting note on Amazon for the reviews. There is a filter to just see the reviews from actual buyers of each product as the manufactures lump all products together to achieve a higher rating. I was looking at Netgear and the ratings were four out of five stars with over 20,000 reviews but with the unit I was looking at the ratings were horrible due to failure in a short period of time with about 2 1/2 stars. So I will start the reviewing process all over again. Sharon and I did a Home Show yesterday and hopefully found someone to remodel our kitchen as we want it. Well see? On the way home we stopped for a soda at Hardee's and a guy came in with a red 2012 Dodge standard cab shortbed and it was clean. I asked him about it and he told me he lowered it 2", put some goodies on the engine with 435 HP, removed some emblems and that thing was standing tall. He told me he goes to the Mopar Nationals in Columbus every year and since they don't sell short bed standard cabs anymore has been offered more than what he paid for the truck. I offered to trade him for the Honda but he declined!!!! :( :( :(

   32/34 for the day with light snow showers. Yesterday we attended the surprise party and it was definitely a surprise as he was blown away when he walked in the door. I was on the computer the rest of the day and Sharon wore out the TV. This morning we had a leisurely breakfast and went to church services. Our preacher is leaving and we will have a tough time replacing him as he is an excellent speaker and a good man. Sharon is moving stuff so the carpet cleaners can get to everything on Tuesday and I am going to continue my search for a modem and WiFi unit. Chill day here in Ohio. :D :D :D
