My the kids are growing up so fast Gary. The look on the dog's face has "SQUIRREL" written all over it. It is 22 now but was 14 this morning when Sharon thought it may be a goota idea to go shopping. The air wasn't moving then but by the time we got to the store the wind had picked up and the wind chill factor was brutal. Anyhow we finished shopping then stopped to eat at Zoup's which is a place that specializes in soups and sandwiches and turned out to be a good choice as it was delicious. Stopped for gas and came home to get ourselves warmed up and cozy to watch some TV and relax from all the weekend's excitement. Back to the routine for Sharon but she only has three days to toil.
Gotta morning folkz. It was 16 last night before bed, 10 when I got up at 6:30 and now is 8 with the sun coming up but the airport is at 4. The wind is not blowing at all and I hope it stays that way. Going to breakfast with my brother-in-law this morning then when I get home I have to mail some letters and get some tax stuff together for this coming tax season. Stay warm folkz.
We had a blessed CHRISTmas this year and the smiles on other's faces was priceless. The greatest gift seems to be giving to others in need. We didn't get any presents but what we received no money can buy.
Hi, everyone! Glad to see all the great Christmas stories. We had a good one and put Em back on a plane yesterday. Tonight, Denise and I are going to see An American in Paris at the Kennedy Center. Sort of a surprise to me, but we'll call it part of the holiday. Taking the week off work and staying home. Hope you all are having a great between holidays week. bp
