Evenin'. We're getting thunderstorms with wind, heavy rain, lightning, hail. 33.1°f with an ice storm on the way they say. I have tomorrows job (a Van) inside, so I'm goota' to go.

Morning folkz. 41/56 with rain on the way. Sharon survived her colonoscopy yesterday and I had to go buy her some double stuffed Oreos to keep her happy. She gets a craving every once in a while and I need to feed the beast to calm her down. Chocolate and sweets will keep most women happy or be the death of you if you get in their way. We didn't do much all day while she was recovering and she made it a short day as she was wiped out. :D

Mornin'. Predicted ice storm is a non-event so far as it's still 33.3°f. Wet & cloudy.

Glad Sharon came through OK!

Tia and I attended an IT event at Congress tonight. Hobnobbed with some congressmen and IT leaders from around the city.

Denise and Jason ordered pizza while I was gone and had a blast. bp

Mornin'. Thursday, 37.8°f and rainy. My last full day of regular employment. I have 4 - 8'x8' billboard type signs to get started on. No rush to get them done, I'll probably finish them once I re-hire myself as a consultant.

Morning. It was over 60 yesterday but today is starting out now at 34 but dropping to 28 by days end. Wednesday was really strange as the temps were high, the skies were overcast all day and the fog never lifted and continued into Thursday. The fog just hung in the air and looked really spooky. On our way home from Bible Study about 5:00 the fog had an eerie look to it and almost looked like smoke. Thursday I went to my buddy's house and we had lunch at a small place in Canton. Later, Sharon and I picked Lola up from preschool, we dropped Sharon off to get her nails done then Lola and I went to the mall. We had to go through all the jewelry (pretties) in Kohl's and look at every piece that was eye level to Lola then we headed to the children's play area to wait for a call from Sharon for us to pick her up. The call came and we headed off to get Sharon and went home to a warm and dry house as the rain was taking over the day. Lola's mom came to pick her up and told me that the bank is changing to a new system and what a nightmare it is being with a completion date of almost a year in the future. Sharon and I had a small dinner and she made it to bed way early as she now has a cold too. Poor girl has been through the wringer the last couple of days. :D :D :D

Good morning, everyone! Working from home today which is good. Picked up a cold by going back to work! Next week Denise and I had to Colorado to move her folks to assisted living in Omaha (near Denise's sister). Will be doing moving company duty (although we did hire professionals for most of the job). bp
