Good morning. I have been trying to hide from that nasty flu bug that is spreading around but I doubt if I can avoid it all winter? 4:30 and the temps are in the low 30's. I am going to remove the Christmas decorations from the front porch now that the wind chill isn't down to bone chilling temps. I picked Sharon up from work and we had to stop at an Antique shop so she could get some more dust collectors for her collection!!!!! We then went to dinner at an oriental place and proceeded to stuff ourselves before the trip home and bypassed the scheduled stop at the grocery store. Her woman's Bible study was cancelled so we just spent the evening at leisure. :D :D :D

Morning, for some reason I woke at 3am, and couldn't get back to sleep. It's raining, foggy, 6c. I traded a 10" Radial Arm Saw for some home made Perogies, A good deal I'd say. :D .

It got up near 40 today and it felt like springtime! Foggy and icy when I woke up but nicer at night. bp

Morning folkz. 30 degrees this morn with freezing rain but upper 40's today. The roads were a little slick and I almost slid trough a stop light on my way to the SS office. ABS on the braking system was on overload as they were kicking in and out as I was on a free slide. Took the dog to the groomers yesterday afternoon and got her bathed, nails trimmed, haircut, blow dried and all for $20. I think I will schedule an appointment for me next week for a haircut as I pay more than that?!!!!!!!! I have the youngin' looking for a new battery for my S-10 as mine is about to expire on me. I just know this is going to cost me more food than it is worth to feed him when I go pick it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope you slept better last night Boyd.
It was 51 when I got up at 6:00 this morning, 63 right now but the wind is picking up and the front is starting to move through for more frigid weather tomorrow. I took Sharon out for breakfast as she has the day off, the plant is digging a hole in the concrete to fill with rebar and thicker concrete to support a new press, and we stopped for a few things on the way home. She stayed up half the night packing up Christmas stuff and I checked out about an hour before she even came up stairs. Too much for the old guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Morning peoplez. 59 this morning and diving to the lower 20's by tonight. Ah but it gets better, rain turning to freezing rain, snow and accumulating up to 4". Summer, Spring and Winter all in one day!!!! It is pouring as I type. I went and paid the utilities this morning, stopped for breakfast and read my new Motor Trend mag with an article about the new Rolls Royce, quite the machine but a little out of my price range, and about Bill Mitchell and other designers of GM's automotive studios. Very interesting of all the Skunk Works and mysterious Studio X and other secret design projects. I have a 1:00 appointment for therapy on my elbow then home to hibernate. I'll see ya tomorrow. I had the youngin' order me a battery for my S-10 and I think he will expect me to buy lunch when I pick it up so this may turn expensive before this is all over?????????????
