Mornin'. 75.0°f and cloudy so far. Last full day before we head to Iowa. Got a few signs to do but it's not a mad rush the way it normally is when we want to get out of town. Still got a day and a half for that to change so I better not say that too loud.
Jenni J.D. and the kids were to come over last night but they picked up a bug somewhere. We'll see them when we get back instead.

I knew it, I just knew it. I shouldn't have opened my mouth, or typed I guess. About noon I got an email, we have 3 water trucks to get lettered, one is leaving in the morning. I cut the vinyl & had it done by 4pm. The other 2 will have to wait 'til next week. That put me a little behind, so it's the usual thrash to get stuff done before we leave now.

Denise and I went to the AFFIRM awards tonight. It's the one I was lucky enough to win two years ago. This year, I nominated the Federal CIO and she won. We had a nice time visiting with all the IT pros. bp

71.2°f and heavy rain with thunder boomers waking us up this mornin'. The lawn says thank you as it's getting brown.
Getting ready to take Cheryl to work this morning so I can pick her up from work at noon to head down the road to Iowa. That saves about 45 minutes drive time (and about a gallon of gas in the new gas miser), if she doesn't have to come home first. Couple signs to get done and I'll be ready to roll on down the highway.
