Hi everyone. Had a fun day at work. Sister Nancy rode in with me and enjoyed museums, etc., while I was at work. We had sushi for lunch and then a few beers after work, before riding the bus home. She took this pic of me coming up to join her for lunch. It's BP in his weekly habitat... bp

BP, you are amazing sir, well done. Now write a book for the rest of us. ( went to heart Dr. Mon. he was NOT pleased). When the nurse had me step
on the scale, my wife asked me what it said............I told her the scale said..... "one at a time please". Both her and the nurse cracked up.

Thanks, all. I'm going to put up a website, Zappy! To say how I did it. Bought the domain names. Now just got to put them up. I am happy to report that a recent physical showed me in the perfect to good range for everything. Very fortunate with my genes and the weight loss has helped, no doubt. bp
