Mornin'. 65.7°f. Got toasty yesterday upper 80's. We did get rain but only for an hour or so. It is raining today however. Looks like an "all day-er'.

Sunday morning, so I'm in ''wait for Cheryl to get ready'' mode.

Evening folkz. 57/78 for the morning with thunder showers coming in tonight. Another weekend of graduation parties and eating way beyond what I should have. Sharon is now sporting a heart monitor for 30 days as she is going through some heart flutter and high blood pressure. I told her we were doing good till she retired so she needs to go back to work. That didn't seem to fly well!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to the church parsonage to do some interior painting on Saturday and did two bedrooms before we almost passed out from the heat and exertion. Did pizza last night for supper and tried a different place so it was really goota. Polished off the rest tonight. No plans for Memorial Day tomorrow so we will play it by ear. We helped the veteran next door put out his flags after we put ours out then did several of the neighbors sidewalks too. :D :D :D

Mornin'. 55.6°f Remembering those that gave all, so we can now do what we do in freedom.

No real plans today. other than work on the gazebo, at least until it starts raining again.

Mornin'. 71.2°f Cloudy no rain, but it probably will soon. Off to the Men's breakfast, then letter a couple water trucks. Back home to print some EEO boards, then maybe work a on the gazebo a little. If it's dry out.

Jack, were you affected by any of the bad weather they are reporting?

Yes, that was a great trip to Arlington, BP.
I just got the last of the ridge cap on the gazebo @ 8:45p. It was gettin' a little dark towards the end.  It was a case of, oh i'll do a little more. I bet I can get this part done yet. Hey, there's a little light, I'll do this part too. Then I got down to, just a few more and I could have this job DONE. So I did.    It's been hot and humid all day today, but as it was getting closer to dark:30 the wind switched to the northeast and it was almost cool enough to go get a jacket. :| 55.9°f and dropping. Couldn't do that though, that would've messed up my schedule, gettin' the job done. lol.
Glad it's done, we're getting a downpour. ......again......

Evening folkz. 63/70 for the morrow with heavy thunder storms on the way. We attended another graduation party at my buddy's house for his grand daughter on Sunday. Back home and crashed on the couch while the DVR recorded the last half of the Indy 500 and the NASCAR 600 then went to evening services. Monday we invited the next door neighbor for brats on the grille and bloomin' onion on the grille ala Paula Dean. He enjoyed every mouth full. We did some lawn mowing on Monday too. Tuesday we went to the grocery store for goodies and meds. Today I went to my buddies for lunch and when I came home Sharon was coloring her hair so we went and had pasta for supper. Tomorrow is blood tests for Friday's surgery and for my diabetic doctor then I am taking Sharon out for ribs at a place my brother recommended. Then we will wait for the surgery scheduler to call and tell us when I am on the table on Friday. See ya soon. :D :D :D

Sending prayers that all goes well Friday Jack.
Overnight rain, but I see a little blue here and there this morning. Off to Menards before I start the day, to pick up some misc. rain gutter stuff. Light sign day today (so far) so maybe I can get the gutters finished up today.
