Howdy. Don't know what the high was, but it was sunny and 51 when I left work. Nice day (wasted inside)! Jason and Denise are out at trivia night so I'm enjoying a quiet night at home. bp

Morning folkz. 26/55 for today with lots of sunshine. Yesterday we sat around till almost 10:00 talking and having coffee. Sharon did some laundry and cleaning while I went outside to clean the windows on the Honda and tried to figure out how to replace the sunvisors on the new Merc. That stopped me in my tracks so I concentrated on trying to figure out how to program the Kenwood radio and finally gave up on that too. The neighbor came over and we talked for a while and when he took off I walked around the yard looking at all of the flowers popping through the ground on their way to maturity. I finally have the steps back in shape so they don't squeak or crunch as you walk on them and now we need to paint the ceiling, replace some baseboard and trim before they come to lay the carpet. I borrowed Sharon's brother's multiple bending ladder to use on the steps so we will see how that works out. That little bugger can pinch your fingers and body parts in a heart beat. :D :D :D

So, yer' sayin', that ladder works in a pinch, eh Jack?

39.2°f. I have vinyl cut out to install on a lighted sign in Morris, but it be rainin'. So, I'll just be going to check out a barge that needs to be lettered for D and pick up some misc. supplies to continue the bathroom remodel. Got the cabinet carcasses cleaned up and re-stained last night. I plan to give them a coat of urethane this morning before heading to the barge. When I get back I have a truck to letter for the city and a couple EEO boards to assemble. Then I 'hink I'll router a profile edge on the new cabinet doors and get them stained.

Evenin'. Rainy day today, so the outside festivities didn't happen. Got the cabinet carcasses varnished. I did get the city truck lettered. The truck has a snow plow. When I got it in the shop I dropped the plow and cut an extension cord in 2. Just a 6 footer, but still an oops. And of course it was plugged in, popped the breaker. My Mom said there would be days like this.
Tonight I installed the heater cover, trimmed the bottom of the bathroom door and got it back on the hinges. I was hoping to get the cabinet doors stained too, but I seem to be low on go juice. And, I'm still somewhat traumatized by the loss of my extension cord.

Glad to see you're back Jack, and that all went well. Take it easy, you've gotta' get in shape for DLN's, some 115 days from now.

I be pooped too. My Fit Bit knock-off tells me I put on 26,634 steps so far with 2 hours left in the day.
Got a few punch list items to finish up, like the winder' trim, but the bathroom project is very close to a done deal.
