Just got back from my faux lettering job. Truck was there but the keys were in the wrong town. Now it's scheduled for Wednesday.
Did some other stuff that needed to be done so the trip wasn't a total loss. One was to measure a new track hoe for lettering. It's an 870G JD. I'm going to have to get a pretty tall ladder to reach the boom. That unit is HUGE.

Same here! Got up to 55. Denise and I got the taxes out of the way for the year. Guess it's a good problem to have, but I had $7000 in out of pocket medical expenses last year and none of them were deductible! Sure don't feel that rich...

Tomorrow we will pack up for my extended vacation. I feel great and looking forward to it. In seven days will have a better idea of the future...bp

Hi, everyone! Last day on the 'outside' for a while... sunny and WINDY! We lost four 8-foot fence panels last week. Denise is hoping some more get blown down! Fence company gave us an estimate for $2500 for those four sections and the posts. WHAT? The sections are about 80-100 bucks a piece! Even if the posts are 50 bucks, that's 500 in materials and 2000 in labor? It can't take more than a few hours to do. I want that job! I may hold off and do it myself when I get back. Anyway, may not be able to log in this week (but maybe I can... just don't know). Will do the radio show tonight. Hear ya then! bp

Afternoon folkz. 42 today with sunshine all day. Sharon took the day off today and we have been on the go all day. Paid the utilities, breakfast, looking for carpet, got the tires rotated and balanced on her Accord, up to Menards for a few things then home. Whew! Therapy on my arm later today and over to BiL's to look at a switch. I have to visit a friend in the hospital then home for dinner. Good to go bp.
