No rain here, it's drier than a pop corn fart. Lawn is brown like usually mid August. And they are talkin 90's Wed thru Sun. But I'm not complainin, I still hate winter.

Hot today and then more storms passed through. Gonna be 100 for heat index over the next week. bp

Afternoon folkz. More landscaping at the church today. Home now and wilted like leaf lettuce in the scorching sun. I hear that we are headed for some really hot days so Jack is going to stay inside and check on the AC. Whew!!!!!

Daryl, I took that battery out of the trunk and almost got a hernia!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to have to put an air shock on the left front corner of the Honda!!!!! :D

Off to Ransom (the town of) to letter a semi tractor. Assembled 83 const. signs this mornin' & printed out the vinyl for another Service truck wrap, for Friday.
92.1°f as I type. :oops: I dunno' ZAP, those cold winter temps are LQQKin' pretty goota' 'bout now.

88 today but real low humidity for us, so didn't feel too bad. But hotter tomorrow, and humidity commin. Gorilli is right, time to enjoy the AC.
Be safe friends, stay hydrated & don't over due it.

Mornin'. 75.3°f this mornin', but the humidity is 89%. Upper 90's for the next 2 days & mid 90's for the 2 after that. I guess it's summer.


Excessive Heat Warnings/Advisories for the Chicago area Thursday and Friday.
Heat rides into the area on the wings of southwest winds gusting to 20 miles per hour. Partly cloudy skies with isolated showers possible, but plenty of sun overall. Mostly sunny, very hot and humid with dangerous heat indexes ranging between 105-113 degrees. Very warm and muggy with a chance of thunderstorms overnight.
